As far as just moves go, I'd agree..But when you talking about moves and in ring story then Nakamura/Ibushi is easily the better match..

I thought the story telling in the Okada/Tanahashi was much better 
... Jim Ross told an amazing story with the young/elder lion battle metaphor... IMO, it was the absolutely perfect match... This and the first WM HBK/UT match are the zenith of big show matches...
Ibushi/Nakamura was more visually aweing though... It was still amazing with no questions asked...
But opinions are like...
