NTers had me ignorant on Oakland thinking it was just one big hood. I'm glad I had the opportunity to live in San Francisco and realize how mistakenly stereotypical ppl are about our bay neighbor Oakland. It's a beautiful city.

Nah fam, Oakland isn't as bad as people say it is.

I'm in Oakland almost every day, and it is still pretty bad. The hills and the area around Lake Merritt are nice, but the flatlands are pretty dangerous at night.

yessir...west oakland is getting better by the year. Bottoms and Acorn is still a sketchy area, but its slowly getting better compared to years ago. East side still needs to improve, but overall great city. At least oakland got good restaurants to eat at. Over here in richmond it's nothing but fast food joints. We don't have no places to go at night in richmond aside from san pablo casino
