I love Coach varsity jackets, and varsity jackets in general, though I never had one in school because I didn't play sports.

What I did have however was a real leather Nautica jacket... like, 3/4 length, with an don't know if real fur collar that I eventually took off because my friends used to roast me and call it poodle fur. Little did I know the fly **** I had, I just remember seeing it at TJ Maxx or something and thinking it looked cool. Still have that jacket in a closet at my moms house.

With that being said, I would never buy another jacket that isn't real leather because they just don't hold up well over time. I used to have a Guess varsity jacket with vinyl sleeves and I took it to the cleaners and they ****** it up. I mean, I guess it wasn't the jackets fault, but I can tell you that the Nautica leather still looks great for a coat I've had for more than half my life, and to me that's what buying quality clothing is all about. Having closets full of clothing that will probably go out of style before it even thinks about falling apart, so maybe you can wear it again when it comes back in style.

Throw back pic of said Guess varsity, complete with Guess dungarees, and an Ecko shirt, all 2 sizes too big probably. Hope that style never comes back but **** it, it was 20....10. ****, this was only 8 years ago. Lol. Come a long way. Also this picture is corny as **** but it does make me feel good that everyone is this pic is still alive, just lost a friend yesterday.
