still working on it..if anyone can point me the right way to getting some retro nintendo icons i would greatly appreciate it, thats all im missing.

Listen to this man. Nandroid backups are important to do. You all ways need a backup if you mess up or don't like the ROM your using.
To make life easier to installing ROMS is to download ROM MANAGER app FROM THE MARKET. Its idiot proof and you can do nandroid backup from that app
