3 meals a day was the norm for a true working class country. Labor, on feet a lot, etc.
A lot of jobs don’t require much physicality anymore, and a lot are even WFH now so they require even less. And most people aren’t working out to counter act the loss of physical activity that the older generation used to exert before technology.
