“Rehabilitate him”……………LOL. Bless your heart. Ain’t no rehabilitation in the world for a group of young cold blooded killers.

Quote a post that said that.Guess what, people don’t think instances like this that some of these Juveniles shouldn’t be held accountable.
If you murder someone or your actions contribute to their death, (robbery gone bad, carjacking gone bad), you should be in jail for the rest of your life. Rehabilitation shouldn’t be an option at that point. The person you killed or who died as a result of your intentionally reckless actions isn’t getting a second chance at life. Same if you drive drunk and kill someone, it’s just a blatant no ****s given disregard for other the lives of other people. Throw rape and child molestation into that lock them up for life category as well.
And it should be this way regardless of socioeconomic background, race, gender or whatever. We know it’s not, and that’s a legitimate flaw and is really crappy.
As for rehabilitation itself. Kids and even young adults shouldn’t have their entire lives ruined for doing something stupid to where things are more challenging for them to live a straight and narrow path when they get out. Definitely shouldn’t just get a slap on the wrist either though. There needs to be some repercussions, but the end result of the repercussions has to be some type of lesson or guidance with the punishment.
Criminal law says differently champ.criminals owe debt to their victims not society.
