Beaver County is right outside of Pittsburgh....its a terrible place, super random...but theres some bad ratchets there.
Its also the home of Herb Pope, Darrel Revis, Mike Ditka, Tony Dorsett, Jonathan Baldwin, Ty Law, Pistol Pete, and a bunch more guys.

I figured since PR is a US territory it doesnt go through customs as well.
