only up to ep. 11 but so far i like koko, jonah, and valmet stories although i have not seen Black Lagoon, which is what this show keeps being compared to, so i may end up liking the show more than most others :\

Is there any way to blur out a section of an image on a Windows computer? I know that shrinking and then enlarging it does it, but it comes out too pixilated. PLEASE RESPOND
