The didn't claim the deposit.
They only owe about five days of rent. The broke the lease by not completing the twelve month period and not giving us a month's advance that they were moving.

but, gottabeEm.....i always questioned this, but never get around to finding out.....so everytime i eat a kiwi....i just slice it in half and squeeze it out......

im on the second chapter (4) and that stuff is HARDDDD. the formula for EVA is straight forward, but it needs you to know all the other formulas to get to EVA............. why cant i just let excel figure this out
