Stay away from the drank fam. Was a bad drunk quit 10 years ago and never looked back. Keep at it if you can but I really am for burning so my advice is maybe you just cut down your intake. Weekend only? Evenings only? But still keep your health routines on point. Either way good luck. I just started smoking again a few years ago after a 15 year hiatus.Yea for the most part with the diet. Gym and alot of yoga. To be real I'm just being impatient. I smoked day and night for 13 years, irresponsibly. 4 months isn't **** in comparison. Lately, just had issues with depression. I'm going to reevaluate at 6 months. I don't wanna touch drank ever again though.
