I wash after wipe. I don’t touch my **** then use my phone. After the wipe nothing touches my phone till I wash.

This is why I'm trying to cut back on eating out. Some places aren't required to wear gloves and you know they're on a phone regularly while at work. No telling what is lingering on there.

My **** time in and out of the bathroom was 13 minutes for the longest time. Always worked out that way and never on purpose. That time has increased as I have gotten older.
