Oh, same here. But this was hard to not see.
I really do like the Google suggest articles on the mobile, but that is how I find out about crap like this. When they suggest 4 different articles about the same crap.
I think Google suggests anything Kardashian related to me because of the NBA, Kanye West, and Adidas interests I have.

I'm no expert. To my eye, even in the comparison pic, I can't tell a difference. And the pic itself isn't sure as it has a question mark by that suggestion .

I said "care" more in the sense of judging what is right and wrong in regards to the decision to get cosmetic surgery. Of course people care about her looks, she's in the limelight.
