Is deadlifting useful i thought it just cause torn biceps and hernias

As with any exercise/lift, improper form has it's consequences, namely injuries.

The deadlift is often referred to as the king of lifts as it works your whole body like no other lift does. Definitely worth incorporating into your fitness regimen.

My heart's not in this fantasy league

I imagined I was going to do a lot of hw and be all prepared for the draft but now I think I'm just going to wing it. Too much work
