SFIV could be a shout but that's 2022 at the earliest since SFV is getting another season.
The Konami catalog needs the dust blown off of it and that would make a lot of sense.
Keep forgetting about Square's western studios. Remember Square has more than one game in development for Marvel.
Sony has a good relationship with Square and Marvel.
They might want their console to be known as the Marvel console and they already have success with Spider-Man
Sony already has a Bethesda timed exclusive with Deathloop and we don't know much about Starfield.
If it's Elder's Scroll 6 then the some people will need to go into hiding.
Their lives will be in danger
They will have TLOU2 Factions and if rumours are right then there will be the FPS from Guerilla and SOCOM from San Diego.

I’ve never been a fan of exclusive. Never knew why some of you push that so hard? What happens ultimately is the end of competition and when that happens companies can do what they want. That’s NOT good for gamers...

The problem is that non-ps gamers are acting like theyve been robbed of something that they were entitled to, especially Spider-man
Should have seen some of the **** I read... Off brand and pc gamers should pay less, meaning ps gamers should pay more - for something that sony already paid for... Offbrand and pc gamers should get their own exclusives characters, characters that ps gamers shouldnt get - even though sonys paying
That off brand company should have just let CD use THEIR Spider-man license, problem "solved"
I already wanted this game to beat expectations, even more so now with the outrage

Eh it’s funny seeing people’s reaction to this stuff when it’s been happening for decades. I also find it funny how Sony gets all this flack but when MS doesn’t, it doesn’t seem to be an issue. People seem to forget MS had BioShock, Mass Effect, ES IV Oblivion etc.
I stated this before in the thread it sucks and it should go away but it’s not. MS better open up their war chest and start securing some of these games.

Sure, they were. PS got them all a whole year later. I mean if you’re cool with waiting an entire year or longer I guess it wouldn’t matter. Looking at the whole Spider-Man fiasco, Xbox and PC are still getting The Avengers game. People acting like not having Spider-Man is going to make the game unplayable. I also think if people are going to get pissed then they should direct their anger towards the developer/publisher, not Sony or MS.
edit: as pointed out, Mass Effect was exclusive for a while.

I think I’m going with Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Spider-Man and Call of Duty. Once I finish Kena and/or Spider-Man, I’ll probably scoop up AC Valhalla.

I'd say both exclusives, timed and full are bad for consumers but again, it's been happening for decades. Alsp for me personally, if I was interested in a game and it was locked to another console for a whole year, I'd probably just leave it. Time exclusivity for a year might as well be full exclusive imo.
