Of course nothing is official. It’s just stuff from insiders. Ps5 costs $450 to make. They aren’t going to lose a profit on it. The Xbox is closer to $500

what i've been reading from inside source is that MS isnt going to budge to reveal their console until Sony reveals it first. Then whatever Sony prices it as, MS is going to make the new Xbox $100 cheaper.

what i've been reading from inside source is that MS isnt going to budge to reveal their console until Sony reveals it first. Then whatever Sony prices it as, MS is going to make the new Xbox $100 cheaper.

They're not doing that if they are also working on a cheaper SKU.

After this, I need to decide if I should wait for TLOU2 on PS5 or just get it on PS4.

Time flies. That was also one of the best E3 threads.

I'm waiting for FF7 on PS5. I think it'll be worth the wait.

I think the TLOU sold more on PS4 than PS3 too. I can't remember all the improvements but I think it was resolution improved to 1080p from 720p and framerate doubled to 60fps. I think it also had better textures too so the wait might be worth it.

Since everyone here is replaying it though, maybe just get it launch and replay it on PS5 before TLOU3 comes out

gotta give MS credit, after the **** show they did with the xbox one, they listened to all the complaints and did a complete 180. even though Sony pretty much won after that video, im confident MS wont make that mistake twice this year.

The Lockhart console exists to undercut the Ps5. That will likely be at lest $200 cheaper and they’ll eat the loss there. It’s also disc less so they will make up money with digital downloads

You need an easy way to play old games when you arent getting any new games.

And offering it on PC to make sure the success of your new hardware is that much more difficult to achieve? A level of advanced marketing I have never heard of or seen before.

I will be flabbergasted if they made the same mistakes twice
But I think they've improved from the One S onwards so the Xsex should be more successful than the Xbone.

I still don't like the idea of lockhart. The Xbone SAD didn't take off so I doubt this will but let's see.

Gamepass is great for PC & console owners and for people who like 3rd party multi platform games.

A lot of people on here, reset era and other forums aren't interested in that and primarily get a Playstation console because of Sony's 1st party exclusives.

Also unless you caught or catch gamepass on a cheap deal I honestly don't think it's worth $35 or $45 a month for a sub. Your basically paying to rent or lease games that you don't own.
