The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Someone help me out

In KH3 how do you board the spaceship after defeating the final boss in that world?

I beat orphan in one attempt

Lawerence gave me the business though (make sure you didn’t miss him.) And Ludwig took a good amount of attempts too.

Edit: one thing I’ve noticed reading through diff boards while playing the game is that I found it interesting how different people struggle with different bosses

The first time I fought the orphan was in NG+ with 99 insight. I had no idea insight played a role in the move set and aggressiveness of the bosses.

Anyways - took me about 6 hours to beat Kos.

THe cheese was mind blowing.

i started old hunters with a ng+ character @ BL 135 that i originally beat the game w/ and after getting destroyed by ludwig the first time i was like yeahhhhh im just gonna create a new character and do it on that :lol

i cant imagine kos or any of the harder soulsbourne bosses on ng+ and higher

im sure theres some psychopaths out there that have beat darkeater midir on like ng+7 with no armor

Really anxious for the Sekiro reviews because that's a game I'm looking forward to, but if it's as hard as Bloodborne, Dark Souls, Nioh, I'm passing.

Seeing this HZD talk i decided to try to finish it. Im suck on the last lvl 32 corrupted zone smh. This 3 damn machines keep burrowing then molly womping me smh lol.

Come on man you already know itnis gonna be as hard as Bloodborne.

And they have done a good job keeping this game under wraps.

Tripwires are your friends when it comes to those. Just keep overlapping them and wait for machines to go through them. Kills them in one go

Interesting the amount of people getting into HZD in the thread. Year of the backlog for real :hat

I’d hate to have to start from scratch just to handle the dlc. BL135 is really high. Most people finish NG at around 100 from what I’ve gauged. I’ve played half of the main story on NG+ and it’s been much easier than NG (heard the old hunters is a different matter though, but it seems like players try doing it too early instead of immediately before the point of no return.) I’d personally suggest just playing the main story on NG+ to level up and maybe doing chalices for gems if necessary. Before starting from scratch.

Bloodborne is manageable imo for even an average gamer. It’ll require grinding to level up and searching walkthroughs/strategies/videos for bosses (no shame in this game, there’s no way to lower the difficulty so the community doesn’t frown on finding artificial ways to, such as also summoning the assistance of an NPC hunter to help you.)

But it’s not that brutal from a mechanical standpoint (the intimidating bosses, music, anxiety-inducing elements, and fighting the urge to charge in like you’re the hero of a Hollywood film are all psychological barriers, but they can be overcome.)

I beat Celeste the other night and did the first B-side, and I tapped out after. Imo those are a more brutal challenge than bloodborne

I agree. If you have any experience with Rpg's, than you will do well in this game. Sure the boss battles are more of a challange, but if you're at a proper level and maybe farm for a bit, that can get you more than ready to face most of them. After that, the name of the game is memorizing patterns and timely dodging.

Anyone here mess with either Thrustmaster or Fanatec? Beginner here. Just need personal experiences with these wheels. Looking to get one soon to play some sim-racing and *hopefully* transition to more complex setups in the future. Thanks!
