The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

His track record isn't that bad tho.

Peace Walker to MGSV was 5 years, but consider that KojiPro worked on a new engine, and the development of V was seemingly hamstrung by Konami. Everything else is pretty much in line with the rest of the industry.

Having said that, I don't expect Death Stranding this year.

Apologies for the horrible pic but these bad boys came in yesterday...
PG 2.5 x PlayStation.jpeg
PG 2.5 x PlayStation Blue/Multi-Color

Starting off 2019 right with a nice mix of games too:
Far Cry 5
Red Dead Redemption 2
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix

I got Horizon for xmas. Any solid games coming out in 2019 or are the developers just waiting for the ps5?

Is the ps5 going to be announced in June with a 2020 release date?

2019 has been deemed the year of the backlog by Playstation NT.

We no longer entertain "new games" this year.

Seriously, though, Day's Gone, Dreams, Ghost of Tshusima (sp?), plus all the multiplat games.

I'm joining you fellas...........trying to complete both Horizon and the Kingdom Hearts HD Remix collection this year before I buy new games LOL

(I'll end up adding Kingdom Hearts 3 to the backlog once I finish the HD Remix collection though.....so the KH backlog will never end for awhile)

finished the GOW earlier today and WOW
That ending when you go home has me salivating for the next one like it's a summer blockbuster:lol:
Coming off of RDR2 I really appreciated the intimacy of this story and how epic it became when all they were trying to do was spread the ashes. Really great, well paced storytelling.

I still got the queen to kill, 1 dragon to free and those realm tears in nilheim to take care of, and of course a ****ton of those birds.
I literally realized like a day ago you could actually kill those damn things, by just fooling around in between getting my *** handed to me by the queen.
can't wait to continue exploring this world and checkout the NG+

Then it's on to Spider-Man

After stinking it up in bb last week I decided to play again today. Being patient and relaxed goes a long way. I went to Vicar Amelia and told myself I’ll just get owned by her once real quick before going to bed.

Beat her in that one try

Didn’t eem equip the numbing mist or cop molotovs bc I was planning to just catch a quick fade before sleeping

Make sure you go back home since you've finished the main story...

I still haven't played metal gear solid V anyone recommend
I loved it. I must've put over 100 hours into it (did almost my whole playthrough nonlethal too). Got S rank on every mission. Probably the thing I spent the most time on was upgrading my base. It got addicting :lol

Yea it's really good for what it is

Playing through the Nathan Drake Collection and Uncharted 1 feels like such a chore to get through. I've read that the games get a lot better after the first though so I'm chugging along. I've even read some recommend to just watch the game on YouTube because it's aged poorly.
