whats up guys, I have a question.
So i dont usually play my PS4, im usually on XBOX.
well last week i decided to give it a go and i noticed my PS4 was completely dead.
I googled it and tried everything i read online from dusting it to smacking it, tried different power outlets and cords but still nothing.
I went online and bought a new power supply and swapped it out which is very easy to do and still nothing.
Anyone know what the problem can possibly be?

i scooped it digital code from a nter at a discount...beta was cool i played 3 hours i had a good time with it...there's some frame rate issues on the x..graphics are old, engine is old...but i still had a good time with it...i like survival, looting games this is more like ark/7 days to die with a fallout skin around it, but it will end up like sea of thieves as releasing as an incomplete game. but hey free updates n all that micro transactions stuff is just for outfits n such.
video game reviews/youtube is just like the mob mentality that we face in 2018...once a known name hates the game everyone else better hate it or else...but there's plenty of love on Reddit. it's not worth the 65 at launch, its a game that will keep getting updates with them adding stuff like sea of thieves.

Who hates Fallout 76?
I don't know about the guys you watch or read, from my end though, I've seen nothing but love for Fallout 76 from the YouTubers I watch (I haven't read the game reviews yet though)

right I’ve seen the total opposite...even tubers saying “don’t buy this game” lol they hate everything about it lol...but reddit there’s some love for it.
Like I said it has it issues and playing on a old engine n graphics seems hella dated for some reason...but I liked what I played cause I put mad hours into 7 days and ark n that’s what this is with a fallout skin

If it won't even power on and you've swapped power supplies, changed outlets you're straight outta luck.

I think it gets hate because it's a big departure from the Fallout series since it's not story-driven. If you're looking for a MMO-esque game in the Fallout world, this is for you. But for me, if it doesn't have VATS, NPCs, fractions, or a single-player campaign, I won't support it.

your ability to dodge negativity is impressive. ALL i see is hate, and then a sprinkle of youtubers saying just give it a try at least. for me? this is trash. im gonna just take my preorder money and get red dead with it instead.
fallout 76 = running around in an open world, go to a location, read notes on walls and in drawers to get back story on the location. read computer emails and memos to get more backstory. kill whatever enemies are still lingering around in that area. move to next area. repeat ad nauseam.
im good on that. theyve completely removed the rpg aspect of the game and turned it into an online survival simulation game. no factions or npcs. no real storyline. no "ending." no choices effecting outcomes (altho 4 removed that for the most part but still made it work GREAT)

Bro and I had one along with our XBox 360 and we used it sparingly as a Blu-Ray player. It still crapped out on us.

I feel like the cost of repairing the fat PS3 might be > $60. You might be able to find a used PS2 on Kijiji for lower.

So my slim 120gb PS3 can stream and play blurays no problem but when I play games the fan kicks in like crazy and shuts down (guessing to prevent overheating). Can I grab a external cooling fan or should I just buy a new ps3?
