I would buy from the nintendo store it's refurbished by Nintendo but guaranteed to work, has standard 1 yr warranty, and all accessories comes with it including nintendo land all for $200. It goes in and out of stock though because a lot of people wait for it. If you want to save some money, buy Official Nintendo refurbished.

$200 but it came with no hookups. So I spent $47 on those.

And it came with a big ... velcro patch on the bottom.

Didn't even come with a stylus.

The wii u is only good for nintendo exclusives ONLY!!!

It's so slow compared to the ps4. Granted, it's not "nextgen."

Like vxhsox said, cop it refurbished from nintendo.

I highly recommend a wii pro controller, it feels cheap but it's much better than the gamepad.

Games I'd recommend are: pretty much every nintendo game except hyrule warriors and zombieu.

I've had a bit of lag from smash bros a couple weeks ago. I haven't experienced too much lag as of late.

Mario kart online, I've experienced no lag. 

The online community expeirence is acceptable, since it's free.

The op of the wii u thread recommended an ethernet adapter, for a more stable online connection.

one feature I want from xbox1 for the ps4 is the resume function. I've read that sony promised it's coming, but it's been months since that claim. I hope it does come though. That resume features sounds like money.

As far as games go Wii U is the best system available. IMO there are no must have games on the PS4 or X1 that can't be bought on another system. Wii U has MK8, Smash, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Bayonetta 2, Super Mario 3D World and Wind Waker HD which are all must have games imo.

With PSN down I finally got around to beating TLOU DLC Left Behind. Some moments were awkward thinking about being a 12-14 yo girl but overall great experience. I liked how interactive it was instead of just shoot and kill.
