I've never had this happen. But this is why I'm always cautious about getting trophies when im offline.

If you're one of those people who once you get through story mode you're done with a game don't pick it up. The story is short and weak.
Nemesis system and combat are really cool though. If you've played the arkham games you'll feel right at home.
