This caw mode is garbage compared to the previous years . i ignored people saying how trash this game was simply because im a wwe fan. Gameplay is improved but all creation modes, showcase mode, roster , universe mode are all either worse than last gen or have no improvements

Well I'm home for the holidays like a lot of others in this thread. So I have no acces to ps4.

However I don't understand all the love for Jose. That is terrible customer service on sonys behalf.

The one poster who said he is in IT and laughed at that convo, obviously you are not customer related fields nor do you understand that skill, I'm sure you are great at other things, but that's why there is a separate department meant to handle customers.

Dude did a terrible job and was of no help.

Jose kept it real and told him his options. Either return the PS4 or wait like everyone else.

I believe you have to set up your system as your primary system. Then you link his on to yours.

You never see me say Jose was right and yea telling him that taking the system back as a troubleshooting method is not good to say. You taking money away from the people that pay you BUT he had no need to go about the chat the way he did. He opened with wanting compensation. He has even said, he doesn't care if the servers are down, he just wants something. Jose posts are comedy and good to read though
The thing is, everyone knows that xbl and psn are down and why, but to still contact support for "help" and mad that you couldn't get something free is crazy and hilarious to me

I'm not in help desk no. Any decent IT person eventually moves up the chain and goes into a specialized field unless they really like it. But... I held a 99% closure rate with not a single negative review on me when I had to deal with tickets
