Bought my nephews a 4 for Christmas, they couldn't get it set up, sis and them calling me like i bought em a bootleg ps4 or something.

I just got ps4 and can't play online let alone log into my own account, which sucks but anyhow I've been playing my x1 and online works fine I guess it didn't totally wipe out xbox live

I don't see how it is not their fault. They are responsible for providing me with services I paid for . If for whatever reason they aren't able to do so they need to make up for it.
