PayPal. I had to refresh like 20 times to get to the confirmation page though.

Got mine using CC.
I never use PayPal on sites that do not hold things in cart and are experiencing heavy traffic. There is too much back and forth between PayPal and the site in question. Errors are bound to happen. Screw that.

u guys think that the OOS/grey preorder button happened after everyone added to their carts. therefore, if its in your cart, youre good to go

Keep trying man. I had like 15 tabs on the Place Order with error on it. Btw. I got through using Firefox, eff Safari.
and @SCOfoshO - u should be good to go. I had a tab opened to my cart after my order went through and my cart was empty.
