I stated in the xb1 thread that I think all these indie games that are currently being developed were made soley to be on ps+/games with gold.
Supposedly, both m$/$ony have at least 100 indies in development.
If sony and MS are developing them then they are not indie.
if you watched m$'s/$ony's 2k13-14 e3 conference, you know exactly what I meant.

Sony allows indies to self-publish and lent dev kits for a limited period of one year. Sony gave its Authoring Tools Framework as a free, open source download available on
GitHub also made "fully-integrated solutions" for PS3 and Vita available for Unity users. usually these tools cost lots of money so these indies would need to shell-out the
cash themselves to remain indie or give in and find a dev to give them the money. After Sony announced their indie program MS changed theirs because of the horror stories
indies started to tell about dealing with MS. Xbone can be converted to a dev kit for free after signing up somewhere and they also started to give some of their dev programs
for free. But Microsoft still needs some work with their program. D4 released this month with no advertisements and it randomly released during TGS without the dev
knowing.
Q. Whoa, that is bad. So why is the game selling so badly?
A. It was basically sent to die. It was unceremoniously dumped on the Xbox One’s store without a release date announced in advance. D4 has received essentially no marketing whatsoever. This leads me to believe that the publisher, Microsoft, lost faith in the product and told the team to halt production and just release whatever was finished. Sadly, this game will live or die on word-of-mouth alone. The game’s director, Swery, has stated that his team is not actively working on further episodes at this time and that the sales of Season One will determine if they are allowed to continue the story. Naturally, this episodic story ends on a cliffhanger.
