Took my lunch break and went to Walmart. Returned Madden without a receipt. Now I'm back with 2k.

Here is my overall impression so far on the PS4:
Console design: Sleek and small compared to the Xbone and even the PS3 Slim model that came out 3 years ago.Sony did a nice a touch making the PS4 half matte and half gloss finish.
Dualshock 4: Big Improvement from the DS3.I like how they put a speaker on the DS4.Headset jack though not really feeling and the mono headset that came with the PS4 is cheap and garbage.Sony needs to hurry the hell up and put the firmware patch out so that I can use my wireless Pulse Elite headset.
System OS and UI: One word best describes it: Simplicity.
Games: Best looking games Killzone: Shadow Fall & NBA 2K14. Fun games to just pick up and go play Resogun & Warframe.Most disappointing launch game Killzone Shadow Fall's single player campaign.
I tried the system suspend mode after I got home from the midnight launch and did the firmware update.It was 2AM and I had work the following morning so I put the PS4 in suspend mode while it was downloading and installing KZ, Resogun, Contrast, Warframe, Black Light Retribution, and DCUO.I woke up left for work, came back home after 5PM. Everything worked fine and all of my games and apps were installed on the PS4 and my DS4 was fully charged.
Playstation App works great on my Iphone 5.At home while connected to your wifi you are able to switch your PS4 from suspend mode to system on.While at work I'm able to use the PS App on my Iphone 5 to see who on my PSN friends list is online and what they are playing and was able to chat with them.I was able to access the PSN Store and was able to add DLC and games to my download queue.
I watched a few random streams of people playing NBA Live, NBA 2K, Madden 25 and other games.It's cool but the video quality on the streams suck and look like 480p
.I think it's because of twitch.tv or Ustream services being garbage and not being able to broadcast in 1080p or 720p on the streams.Or it might have to do with the internet connection of the people streaming.Chatting with people while I watched the streams was funny and of course there are trolls on there talking trash about 2K vs. Live, PS4 vs. Xbone

I think you can play a regular season.. go to mygm and hit r1 to change to season instead of GM mode

Yup. My connection at my house there is a 2 MB drop in performance if I'm on wifi, compared to when I have my PS4 & PS3 connected through ethernet.

Does anyone know if the ps4 eye light i supose to be red while playing 2k? mines is off/ not letting me do voice commands. (ex. screen shots)

my 2k is messed up.... at first i was good playing a couple of games and then all of a sudden my game would end completely because my internet dropped... this happen 2 times already

Do you have a different game downloading at the same time? Same thing happened to me when I had Battlefield downloading in the background. Once it finished i was good

I got fifa battlefield and call of duty still sealed.. Thinking about exchanging cod for nba 2k. Or keeping it and buying nba 2k.
