All I've ever heard about the release date was it was going to drop before the Xbox One.

No. You also get access to the Instant Game Collection. 12 PS3 and 6 Vita games.

The only thing you cannot access are games that have come and gone.

So Uncharted 3 and Saint's Row The Third will be there forever? Only a few games are being alternated on a monthly basis? Either way, his question was whether he'd be able to go back and download some of the great games they had available for free in the past months, and the answer is still no.
