I’ve seen xsex more than XSX. Tbh, the naming convention is confusing is hell. I kept calling it One X|S instead of Series X|S. Now I just say the “new” Xbox. Shoutout to Nintendo

Xbone was funny. Xsex which originated in the PS4 thread was just cringe. Always is cringe, like trying to hard. IMO. Eitherway, Series X is what I see it called the most. Completely on topic but off topic. WTF would you name your console something so close the previous that its confusing???

I think they should have just went XBOX and PLAYSTATION. We’re far enough removed from the OG consoles. It definitely works for Xbox since they’re basically allowing everything to carry forward.

Devs will have the option to add frame rate unlocks for previous games. Same with PS5

Yea I'm hoping so but we'll see how many actually do patch the games. There's really not that much incentives for some devs to release a patch for some older titles.

There are a few games I'm interested in like: Star Wars Squadrons, Crash 4, Mafia remastered collection. But with PS5 coming out next month and Black Friday 2 weeks after I'm pretty sure those games will all hit Black Friday sales prices and will just get them off Amazon.

Yeah basically it's a wash.

Likely not copping a PS5 until late next year at the earliest so I might pick up SM:MM on the PS4 for my Spider-Man fix in the interim.
