The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Nah Crackdown isn't cancelled. They said last week it was coming in the fall

-Project spark came out and nobody wanted to play it. So they canned it
- Fable legends was garbage. I was in the loses beta for 2 years. It was basically like let it die with co-op( ex. You had to go on dungeon runs etc). Wasn't great
- Phantom dust was cancelled because it was too ambitious. Instead they are remastering the OG phantom dust

Also MS own the ips and assets to all those games so no chance at it beuong anywhere else
i have never been a fan of fables just never clicked with me. I'm sure we will see crackdown this year at e3 with a RD for the fall too
FINAL FANTASY 7 REMAKE, KINGDOM HEARTS 3 'STILL HAVE A WAY TO GO,' SAYS DIRECTOR
The wait continues.

BY ALEX OSBORN  Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy VII Remake director Tetsuya Nomura has provided an update on the development state of both games, saying they "still have a way to go" before either title is ready for release.

When asked about Kingdom Hearts III in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu(via Gematsu), Nomura said "there are still worlds untouched" and that "production is progressing on unannounced worlds, in a state that we cannot show them off."

With regard to how Final Fantasy VII Remake is coming along, Nomura said they are "steadily progressing on production," before apologizing "that the wait will be be a bit longer for Kingdom Hearts III and Final Fantasy VII Remake." He then went on to assure fans that he "will make a game that will meet your expectations."

While both titles are a ways off from release, Nomura said he would like to showcase the progress they've made at an event later this year. "Last year, I didn't put out much information on either title, but this year I want to show our progress at an event somewhere," he said. Neither project was showcased at E3 2016 or PSX 2016.

Nomura concluded by saying that "the release of the titles themselves have still have a way to go," but fans still have a lot to look forward to in 2017, as "there are many titles releasing this year, if you can wait for any 'surprises.'"

man I enjoyed crackdown and state of decay. I would consider buying a Xbox if those games drop.

state if decay missed a lot of opportunities when it came out but it was still a good game...

wait aren't we in the PS thread? 8o

You're right we should move this to the neutral gaming thread

Sony got a From game/franchise, Kojima, and a seemingly good platinum game [emoji]128077[/emoji]

We all knew you weren't sure with the amount of Forza Horizon and xbox stuff you post in here. :lol
speaking of forza horizon, i finally beat forza horizon 3 a few weeks back. Easily the best racer of this gen/all-time. Haven't even bought the dlc yet. The only aspect of that game that didn't exceed it predecessor's is the ost. Fh2's ost had more bangers than fh3's ost. Regardless, still gets 6 out of 5 stars from me.

Not Need for Speed unless it's at deep discount. Heard he Witcher 3 takes hundreds of hours to get through. So that's he best bang for your buck out of that list. Just bought Destiny a few weeks ago and must say it's pretty addictive. Also been playing X-Com 2 which is amazing if you are into those type of games. :smokin
