I realized I literally have 0 physical PS4 discs

I always claimed I would never buy into the digital downloads but I have. I can honestly say there aren't too many games that I've bought that I disliked in its entirety, I can't think of any at this moment. Being able to predownload and just load up a game without swapping discs is great for me. Not to mention I have game sharing with my brother on Ps4 and my boy on X1. I'm only going to be paying roughly $30 a game

The only games as of now that I will buy physical copies of are:

Final Fantasy XV

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD

*ok ok, I'll buy a physical copy of anything Final Fantasy

 and anything that comes with a Collector's Edition that I plan on buying i.e. Bloodborne, The Order, Uncharted 4, Castlevania etc.

I wasn't on convinced by digital, until I saw how fast it actually is. The speed of last gen's digi-dwnloads were in mind at that time.

Most of the people I know are on the ps4. My boy was about to get the xb1, until that destiny bundle.

Hopefully the uncharted has SRS CE, since it's supposedly the last game.

My download speeds for PS4 are great, I usually can get the game D/L'd in an hour or less, Destiny being the exception. X1 on the other hand is ridiculously slow sometimes i.e. Titanfall, NBA 2K15. Having the option to predownload makes that problem irrelevant to me, as long as the game is ready to go the moment I'm ready to play, then we have no issues.

I've noticed that as well. My bro's ps4 dles games much faster than my xb1. Both consoles have ethernets(50mb) running through em, so it's unclear to me why console is seemingly faster than the other. When I pre-dled fh2, it took a day. That's unusually slow, since my 360 can dl 40gb of data much faster.

I tried predownloading with fh2. The thing I feared happened. Which as that I fully dled the game, then the game wasn't unlocked till about 2 hours after it was supposed to be unlocked. Now that I know that that could be a factor to pre-downloading, I'll probably never do it again. This happened to a bunch of people.

Has that ever happened to you?
