people really need to stop this undervaluing of steph just to make him out to be this underdog..
there is a reason he went 7th overall.. and the knicks were trying everything to trade with the twolves to move up to get him (pringles was the coach and he would have played the nash role).. and twolves got killed for not taking him
his father was an NBA player that had a very good skill that kept him in the league for 16 seasons (was also the 15th overall pick when drafted) and even won a 6th man of the year award.. his mother was a D1 college player (volleyball)

Did you expect Curry to become the best player in the NBA? I don't think anyone did. I think a lot of people expected Lebron to be the best player in the NBA at some point.

Game 1 picks go. Think this will be Cleveland's best and only opportunity to get a game at Oracle, so it should be close. But I got Steph doing Steph things and the Dubs winning by 6.

But yea for all you who don't know, on the low Stanford University got black women for days in the 8 - 10 range.
The kid gonna be at black graduation next weekend scouting with the Reggie McKenzie goggles on that's for damn sure.

I don't see the Cavs winning this game if what Lue says he is planning is correct. If they come out and try to gun with the Warriors they are going to lose. I think game 2 is going to be their best chance after they make some adjustments.

was talking about more than just you.. or I would have specifically quoted you and referenced specific things you said
however, what you said just reminded me of stuff I have read/heard the last couple of days about curry and a certain narrative that has developed
which is funny, considering the same things would never get said about westbrook.. and you look at westbrook's family genes.. his lack of scholarship offers coming out of high school.. hell, the thunder got killed for taking him where they did
then curry's height and weight always get brought up.. like he's AI out there basically playing SG at 5'10 maybe 5'11 and 165 lbs at the most

You have a problem with people saying Curry is an underdog because he was drafted 7th and physically compared to Iverson who was drafted first in possibly the strongest draft class of all time?
