Any way to get these resized so they fill up the avi box without the black lines? Reason I ask is cause I want to put it everywhere I can and the black lines only make sense on NT

That's going to be well over the NT bandwith size and when you try to upload it to the server it's going to get botched up...

How do you remove the white borders in your avy again? Resize it to what? There was a thread on this specifically but I can't find it.
