hey im sole swapping my red octobers and have gotten the midsole off my donors uppers but need to get the rubber outsole off the foam to put on my original outsoles. I have already tried boiling them could someone please help if they know??

Curious to know myself for future swaps. I would have thought boiling would have done it. In videos I've seen you can start peeling them, but don't take my word for it. Never done it.

If I’m dealing with a shoe that expensive I’m just paying to have it done professionally. Not taking chances ******* anything up.

yeah I boiled them for 45 minutes, nothing. im trying manually cutting into them with a exacto and acetone I'll let you know and if anyone else sees this pls drop another method

it was alright but they don't looks the best in hand but look good on foot
