The NBA Draft Thread

Wait...am I hearing this right? You guys are talking about a straight trade Noel for Bradley? I just want to make sure I am hearing this right before coming to conclusions.

I assume Boston would throw in some kind of future protected pick but the pick would probably be late in the 1st round anyway

There's no way both Noel and Jah are on this team by October IMO

Yeah...and there is no way we would trade someone with a defence that made the Sixers top 10 when he was on the floor during his rookie season and can be a potential cornerstone to a winning team for a role player who is often injured. Absolutely no way. Noel is worth way more than Jah.

Out of all the three bigs that we have, he is the most consistent, hardest worker, carries the best work ethic and has the best character and you want to trade him for Avery? no way.

He's a bench player on a contender

Noel is worth way more than Jah, that's a serious statement?

At the very least, one of the Philly bigs is getting moved, and they aren't going to get the return that you think they should...

Noel is that he is, a good defensive player, I've watched pretty much all his games, he'll never develop his offensive game

I think they both hold value..there not a lot of bigs who can get you 20 on a given night..and Noel is the perfect small ball center..That's why I'm not in a rush to give up either for peanuts..

It's unfortunate they couldn't work it out on the floor this year..Jah actually stunted Noel growth..Noel toward the end of his rookie year was putting up amazing defensive numbers..I think he was the only player in the NBA that was in the top 10 in blocks and steals..and had a game aginst the knicks where he had 23 pts,14 Rebs, 5stls, and 3 blks..even I was shocked to see dude projected to be a top 20 fantasy player this year..People had him making that jump this year.

I think other teams would most definitely want jah..but then its like..what we get..Take a team like Pelicans..I think Jah would fit perfectly next to Davis..But what could they give us in return to make the deal good..I think Jah is worth more than the 6th pick in this year draft..he already showed he can play in the NBA and I can't think of no one else I would want on that team..once again he's a big that can get you 20 a night..I'm not giving that up for nothing..

A lottery pick at least and who would honestly trade for Jah beside Boston?

I'd be willing to beat every 3-10 would consider trading for a 6'11 20 year old who averaged 18 points a game as a rookie

But that's the thing, he's worth the #3 pick and Noel isn't, Sixers won't give him away to a 4-10 team

He's much more valuable than Noel, Noel is a defensive specialist and that will be his career

And Oak is a Offensive Specialist whats the difference?

What team is giving up their top 10 pick for Noel?

Noel is the easy trade yet it seems Jah will be the one to go because his value and ceiling are higher

It's a lot easier to develop a defensive game at 6'11 than it is for Noel to develop an offensive game

If the Lakers had 3 they'd give it up in a heartbeat for Noel. He's a better prospect than everyone else in this draft not named Simmons, Ingram and maybe Bender.

Bulls have a lottery pick and they need a C

Pelicans Noel would be a upgrade over Asik
