I felt like Holm could win but I think we all figured Rousey would score a takedown early and sink in an armbar for the win.

Ronda Rousey will not win the rematch, she should take a break from the sport and hope someone gets lucky to beat Holms or whether she vacates the belt for some reason. Rousey cannot beat Holms toe to toe, she needs to wrestle her and hope to get the submission victory.

I'm just wondering now though, where was all you guys during all these UFC events? Some of you guys just want to come here when a popular fighter loses badly, post and make mocking memes and making jokes, then all of a sudden people here are experts? I know her losing was a joy but some of you guys I have not seen much in this thread and take it too far. It's just a sport.

Now I'm feeling bad for Rousey and hope she's mentally okay. The rematch will still draw some good numbers though.

Lol. I feel like it was great for the sport. I've posted numerous times about my opinions of the women's division (please don't make a 125 one). Women's MMA is still very young. Rhonda was definitely a phenomenon and ambassador for the sport though. But I feel like Dana couldve cakee promoting Holly Holm, Miesha Tate, Cat Zigano, Joanna Champion, etc. Honestly, I'd book Rhonda for two more fights. The Holms rematch and the Cyborg fight. But let's not act like the division's won't be better 5 years from now. MMA is still young.

Thing is, she can rematch her in 90 days with the same training and lack of stand up, she just needs a diff game plan. This fight can happen again with Ronda still being the favorite.

Yall act like Ronda just wasn't going for the clinches the whole fight tho. Holm's movement, check hook and straight right had a whole lot to do with it. And even when she did clinch Holm up she couldn't do anything with it.


Ronda got dissected, and it could easily happen again in a rematch regardless of her game plan. Her skillset ain't changing drastically in a short period of time.
