actually, as an eagles fan, I hope yall hold on to tony.. the cowboys being strapped with that salary limits what they can do in free agency

having a QB on a rookie deal is the best bargain you can get (especially when it's a 4th round pick rookie deal)


which is why I thank the Vikings, dolphins and to a lesser degree the titans.. they helped us unload what I would view as some pretty bad contracts

They will. And the cap extends next year. If anything I see tony taking a pay cut. He's a company man and will do what it takes. But truth is I see tony coming back this season. Whether it's to get hurt again or play bad enough to let dak come back in. He will be back

My friend is a HUGE cowboys fan. HUGE.

I told him before the draft when it came to their 4th round pick that they were going to pick a QB and go Dak over Connor Cook. Didn't believe me.

(Connor went to Raiders which I still feel was Reggie putting Dak in front of Jerry and putting the right QB where he needed to be)

Told him before the season that Tony was going to go down and Dak would fill in and cook. He didn't believe me.

He saw Zeke's potential, but was more unsure about Dak. He now believes .

Him running down the field after the Dez dime was Farve like. It was scary and cool to see. 

I'm happy for ya'll. I truly am. Same for the Eagles. What a draft and great years ahead in that division. 

i wouldnt even believe that before the season started.  romo going down , for sure but i dont think anyone thought dak would play as good as he has. good call tho my dude.

Not tying a game and winning 8 straight isn't enough I suppose. Or how bout the fact that every team we are sposed to lose to we end up beating and now they're going down hill... you guys do play us well at home. And I didn't mean handled in a sense of a blow out. I mean handled in a sense of the game being won. Y'all are bums. Always were always will be. And even at 4-12 I'll say that.

Yeah we're gonna win. I don't expect Washington to go 16-0 every year. However I pick us to win each week. I always have faith in my team. Dallas didn't blow us out week 2. They got a INT in the endzone and drove the field to win in the final minute.

Last year all I heard was Washington hasn't beat anybody etc. I hear Dallas fans say NY, Washington and Philadelphia are trash. If that's the case who have they beat that's good then? Browns, Bears, 9ers? Washington and Philadelphia are the best teams they've beaten this season record wise. If both of them are trash they've beaten nobody. Just like us last year.

Starting to feel bad for Romo. But it's a cold world

Why? He been there a decade and couldn't win anything. It's funny cuz Dak is playing way better than they expected and he's forcing them to throw Romo out.

Romo never had a defense though (even a halfway decent defense). I feel like if the cowboys had romo all season this season, they would still be in a similar position.

To be honest I can respect that. I'd expect you to go for your team every week. I also respect that you have a team in general. Most fans I come across who are cowboys haters don't even have a favorite team. Or have a team that has nothing to do with me and my cowboys. But as far as who we beat. The bengals aren't push overs. Neither are the packers. Neither are the steelers. And the two division wins are credible as well. It will be a tough game on thanksgiving. But I expect cousins to do what he does and blow it at some point.

we used to have a drunk and wild crowd at the old stadium. that crowd was weeded out with this new stadium though

and too many rich snobs at the game who go to the game as a social event. FOH. go watch golf or cricket.

Never been, but the design of Gillette seems to just let all of the noise out since it's so open ended.

Architects of Seattle's stadium designed the stadium whatever way they did to keep the noise in.

Thanksgiving Day should be pretty good. Some good matchups. Not great, before everyone flips out, but definitely games that should be close and the teams are mostly evenly matched.
