Good point..Michael Carter-Williams is able to compete in the league physically. Deangelo will be fine.
Will be a very entertaining game. I just can't see Zona losing to this team...Can't wait, I want Russel to take down arizona so bad.
Quote me next year when you guys complain that he's struggling to adjust. Kid is 1-2 years away.
The whole pay thing is what it is. It's why I don't get mad at kids leaving early. But it doesn't take away from the fact that some of these kids never develop like they should because they leave early. Russell will be fine in the long run, I just don't see him doing much his first year or two. Okafor is really the only one I'm confident in coming in right away and doing well from the jump.I guess but I see him struggling initally.
every rookie struggles.
except they get paid to struggle.
I want Towns who'll also need a year or two. But Okafor wouldn't be bad at all. He's the most ready out of everyone in college.Quote me next year when you guys complain that he's struggling to adjust. Kid is 1-2 years away.
If that's how you see it then just say you want the Knicks to pick Jahlil Okafor
Talent wise yeah, I just think the NBA will be too physical for him year one.Man. I just couldn't disagree more. I think Russell's game translates perfectly to the NBA. I think he will win ROTY.
I dunno. I think you are overrating the physicality difference a little too much. As frail as MCW was when he came in the league, he doesn't even look that bad anymore. I also don't really consider Russell to be weak. Did you think Wiggins should have stayed another year?Talent wise yeah, I just think the NBA will be too physical for him year one.
Oubre is another one that's gonna struggle for a couple of years. He's definitely not ready.
I think he's a little more shifty than Roy and a better long range shooter. Also likes to push the ball much more than Roy did.Y'all don't see Russell being a Bradon Roy light in the NBA?
there's like 18 people in the crowd for Harvard-UNC
