Summer 2011 BBQ Recipe/Set-up Thread

best tasting hot dog to grill hands down...

Grilled Chicken Cutlets
Prepare the Chicken Cutlets like you would as if you are frying them on the stove in a pan (w/ breadcrumbs, etc), but instead just put them on the grill. Lather them up with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and let them cook until they are no longer rubbery.

Grilled Shrimp
Defrost your shrimp, if necessary. If they are ready to cook out-of-the-bag, then place them in a bowl, and pour your desired amount of the seasoning of your choice onto the shrimp. Place tinfoil onto the grill and then put the shrimp onto the tinfoil and let them cook for a few minutes.

Sounds interesting.

Anyone ever have a Peter Luger burger? It's literally just a burger patty covered/marinated in Peter Luger steak cause, but really good if marinated long enough, because the taste will still last even after grilling it.
