Yeah they definitely do. I can run off a dozen things that are wrong with this game. I still play it but it could be so much better. And look atthat list of players in that tournament...Originally Posted by Putting In Work

They need to tweak certain things in my opinion.
Plano, Texas - David Hem - C.Viper
San Jose, California - Chris "CSB" - Balrog
Chamblee, Georgia - Mike Ross - E.Honda
New York, New York - Justin Wong - Rufus
Irondequoit, New York - Rahsaan "EvilRahsaan" - Dhalsim
Glendale, Arizona - Juicebox Abel - Abel
Chicago, Illinois - Ari "Floe" Weintraub - Sagat
Tukwila, WA - Jason "A-Dhalsim" Cole - Balrog
Louisville, Kentucky - Jason "DreamTR" Wilson - M. Bison
Bloomington, Minnesota - Kyle "Coyotegrey" - Zangief
New Jersey, New Jersey - Christian "CapMaster" O'Hanlon - Sagat
Orlando, Florida - Trent "GimmeThemShoes" Vandeven - ???
La Place, Louisiana - "jakob002" - M. Bison
Halethorpe, Maryland - Eric "Ramza" Kim - Sagat
Maumee, Ohio - Antawn Ortiz - Balrog
Notice anything odd? No shotokans. Why? Because with the way Capcom made this game its so much more appealing to play with other characters on anadvanced level. Capcom gave all these guys the tools to be on top while the Shotos have been left out in the cold imo.

looking at that list, i'm not surprised to not see akuma on there. i play with him as a secondary character, but he's wayyyyyy too weak in this game. no idea why capcom didn't at least include shin akuma. dude has no stamina whatsoever.
yep, smh. i used akuma on marvel vs. capcom 2, sf alpha series, etc. exclusively, with sagat being my secondary. now it's reversed, andi'm using akuma less and less. he's too weak. his ultra/super combo... i've only managed to execute on noobs because it's so easy to jump over.i can teleport with ease, but most of the time an experienced player will still get to you. capcom needs to make a more powerful shin akuma.Originally Posted by RavageBX

I'm an aggressive fighter and while I like Akuma's mix-up game his inability to take a hit and his limited super/ultra applications are really exposed in this game. You can be whoopin on someone an entire round, only suffering a few pokes here and there, slip up and get hit with an ultra and its curtains. Most Akuma's I've played do nothing but run and air fireball, it's kinda sad to see him reduced to that. And I just laugh when someone tries to raging demon me cause 9 times out of 10 that means I get to punish with a big combo.

still, he's better in mvc2 than sf4. his super combos were better, and the game's physics allowed for an effective akuma. in sf4, can't be effective without air attacking and teleporting, basically being a runner.Originally Posted by finnns2003

First I registered an account with WiiAlerts. Then I set up the TE fightstick alert to be sent out via text.
Then I set up accounts (with billing info ) at Amazon and Gameshark and added WiiAlerts SFIV fightstick page to my favorites bar.
I missed the first chance, but on Monday I got an alert and immediately went to Wii Alerts and clicked through to Gameshark and placed my order in under a minute. The sticks were only in stock for two minutes.
The stick arrived today.
The strange thing is that I think MadCatz' system is completely overloaded. My stick has been delivered, but my MadCatz account page is still showing the order as "in progress" and not shipped. I had to call in after my card was charged and find out what the deal was. The guy checked it out and called me back late yesterday afternoon to give me my tracking number. Still no update on the progress page at this point.
He said that they had to cancel some orders. He seemed to indicate they would not get any more stock until the end of the month, but if thats true I don't know where mine came from.
Anyway, you guys may want to try WiiAlerts, but make sure you have an itchy itchy trigger finger, because you have to act fast.
And my apologies to all the guys with long outstanding pre-orders that have not been filled, especially the Canadians. It sucks that the Gamestops of the world oversold their allotment so bad. Its why I never pre-order.
It work too.
Got an alert that Gamestop had some and bam.
My stick should be here Tuesday
AND my xbox should be back Monday
nal i havent had anybody quit on me today.Originally Posted by Mez 0ne
