Look at push ups as reverse bench, and bench press works out your pecs primarily, and triceps secondary.Originally Posted by drock2010
What kind of workouts do you guys do to work on your shoulders?
I been doing a lot of pushups on my Iron Gym but I dont really feel like it targets my shoulders more my chest and triceps.
For shoulders i often do Shoulder shrugs (up and down, not back and forth cuz this may mess up your rotators)
Overhead shoulder press
Incline bench
Lateral dumb bell raise
