Like calves, forearms are often neglected and is important for grip and arm strength.
Fyi.... Wrist curls are not for working you wrist but the entire forearm. Reverse wrist curls are for the outter forearm.

Wrist excersises are very important for better grip. You dont work out ur fore arms?
