STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

legs yesterday only put up 295 (i say only when i just wanted to be at 315 so still felt good) two working sets 4 reps each. I started to feel a little weakness in my hurt calf so i didn't go heavier.

Got told i was skinny yesterday....fellsbadman.....but in all reality i am skinny :lol im 6 foot about 180-185lbs given the time of day.

This guy is doing stiff legged deadlifts while standing on dumbbells when there are platforms about 30 feet away from him. SMH

^^^^

People like to make things a lot more complicated then they need to be.

My brother is one of them :{

My pet peeve is older dudes in the gym not in the best shape tryna spill basic advice, annoys me. I'm done with my workout, and hit the machine press for as heavy as I can just cuz, dude comes over tells me the benefits of less weight more reps. Thanks.

what grinds my gears is people that wear hats to the gym. then they take it off to do a set, and throw it back on to walk around

lol why does this bother u? i actually do this. i take my hat OFF when i do a set cuz i get uncomfortable with the lift and the hat on my head. however, when i switch machines/exercises, i keep the hat ON cuz i wanna stay zoned in and not get distracted. :Nthat (minus the smoke)

What annoys me is people who use a bunch of different machines at the same time. How are you using the squat rack, but doing pull ups 30 feet away?

Almost snapped on dude because he didn't rerack his weights either. Not worth the problem though.

You worry to much about what other people are doing brah. Aint that serious

been eating cereal the last few days :{

a long with how much sugar i put in my coffee

i feel like crap thinking this sugar is gonna mess me up

need to stop it ASAP

My pet peeves:

1. People who block my view when Im clearly looking in the mirror to see my muscles move throughout the workout.
2. When I briefly put down my weights and some clown comes and takes without asking
3. People who don't re rack weights or carry the dumbbells very far from the others

:{

Since we're talking about pet peeves, I hate when people leave their keys on the squat rack so others know its taken.....only to come back 20 minutes later. F outta here.

i wear a backwards fitted cap when i workout. helps to keep my long hair and the sweat out of my eyes. i take it off when i flat/incline bench. i'm sorry if i bother anyone :lol

but people that don't rerack weights - that's pretty much the biggest one for me.

Wearing a new fitted to workout to break it in isn't uncommon. Odd thing to be bothered by though.
