Your elbows should be tucked at ~45 degree angle. "Tuck" is just a que so your elbows are not flared out, it doesn't mean to do a close grip press. 
 
Pull-up bars like that will indeed destroy your door frame. I can firsthand vouch for that.

yeah thats true. heres the scoop (no pun)

1 serving is 5 grams which is a tablespoon

for week 1 its 20 grams a day. so that means i take it 4 times a day

for weeks 2 3 and 4 i take 10 grams a day

week 5 im off

week 6 is back to 20 grams a day

week 7 is 10

and week 8 im off

when i take it i just put the powder in my mouth then down it with water

20 grams a day? Whoa son..20 grams would be fine for maybe 1 day but after that u would just be pissin the rest out..and even 10 grams a day is alot unless ur 200 lbs +

its beast but i didnt want to take the 5 grams a day. it would have taken a few weeks. if i have steak or some sort of red meat that day ill cut out a serving or 2 since creatine is found in that type of meat

No need to cycle Creatine..but to those who were wondering Creatine is great and does work..5g a day once ur saturated and yull be fine

Thanks doggie, chest press for now. I don't like db rows really so I normally just do them with the bb.

 I did like 30 the first week then 15 the next and down to 5 a day now.
