Lat pull downs 2 sets 7 reps 60, 2 x 7 @ 90, 2 x 7 @120
Single arm rows 2 x 7 @ 30, 1 x 10 @ 40
Seated row 5 x 10 @ 60
Bench press 5 x 5 @ 50
Squat 5x5 @ 45
Seated leg curl 1 x 7 @ 60, 2 x 7 @ 90, 2 x 7 @ 120
Leg ext 4 x 7 @ 75, 105 AMRAP (15)

My best advice would be to go on IG and type in keto and just look at the recipes they give. The hardest part about keto is the beginning and figuring out what to eat.

Common ingredients will be
Eggs
Avacados
Butter
Cheese
Protein of any kind
Vegetables

You just have to mix it up

If you have the money to do so, tty a food delivery service to get started and get an idea. Two services I know are: kettlebell kitchen and territory foods.
 
Three Gym's. Equinox 125 a month. NY City Gym 150 for the year, with a Basketball court and swimming pool, indoor track. My Apartment building gym, free.
 
40 for the boxing club and the rec center (weights, pool, ball court, ping pong tables, cardio equipment) is free.99 :pimp:

Why bench and squat so low?? I only ask because your lat pulldown is 70 more than your bench.. and your seated leg curl more than your squats.. I'm confused

I tried to add in some ab training on off days after doing my normal workout routine for several weeks. After the first day, which included hanging leg raises, my left shoulder got crazy sore. I could barely reach behind my back. Not sure what else could have done it besides getting some kind of soreness or impingement from hanging.

Guess I'll just schedule a checkup to see if I have some underlying shoulder issue. Anyone else ever had this?
