Been dropping into spin class about once a week on some of the days my lady goes for about a year now.

Wish I had the coordination for Oly lifti


maaaan, it takes so much practice/patience. i’ve been doing it for years and finally feel okay at it :lol:

nothing will make you feel weak and less coordinated than trying to hit a snatches (pause)
 
Lot of balance and concentration goes into it. Def not just throwing weights up

one of the main thing people underestimate is the timing and positions you need to hit. most people just want to muscle up the weights which tips out quickly
 
I ****** up yesterday. Didn’t get to sleep. So I skipped smh.

Anyways got my Friday done today.

Strength went up. Felt good benching.

3) EZ Bar Curls 3x15 ss w/
4) V-Bar Pushdowns 3x15
5) DB Skull Crushers 4x12 ss w/
6) Hammer Curls 4x10
7) Chest Dips 4x15-20
8) Seated DB Preacher Curls 3x15
9) One Arm Reverse cable pushdowns? 3x15
10) Cable flies low 3x15
11) DB Incline flies

I guess I’ll go tomorrow on the day off and do the light leg workout.
 
I remember people doing that GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) just to gain weight :sick::sick::smh::smh:


I remember mentioning that to people in here and they about lost their minds :lol:

Thats not the most realistic way for a lot of people due to digestive issues but it would definitely get the job done.
