EZ Bar Reverse Curls 3x12 115
Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3x12 45lbs
Calves
Standing Calf raise 4x25 225
Seated Calf raise 4x25 185

Done 45 minutes

Breakfast: two boiled eggs, steamed Broccoli, slice of seven grain bread w/ Almond butter, coconut water.
Snack, strawberries.
Lunch: salmon, mixed greens, rice and beans.
Dinner: Steak and salad.

Before bed, vitamin and protein shake.

My meals right now:

Breakfast: 3 pieces center cut bacon, 3 scrambled eggs, 1 large bowl honey crunch cereal w/ almond milk, 1 cup blueberries.

Snack: 1 Apple, whole wheat muffin w/ peanut butter

Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/avacado mayo and romaine lettuce, 1 banana. 1 cup mixed veggies (raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans)

Pre workout snack: celery sticks, 10 almonds, 1 cup geeek yogurt.

Post workout: 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1 cup alamond milk, 1/2 cup OJ, 1tsp honey, 2 scoops whey protein isolate

Dinner: top sirloin steak, 1/2 sweet potato baked, fried zucchini/mushroom/carrots/broccoli cooked in olive oil, white rice (if leg day)

This is every day this week. Next week I’m doing ground beef instead of steak, next week after that chicken breast. Pretty basic
 
Been feeling good this week. Feeling light af lol. Checking in at 210. Still gunning for 200.

thinking about trying keto for a month. a couple of my friends have gotten good results. anyone in here try it?
 
Mine is too. Usually have to eat fairly dirty + down mass gainers just to maintain weight. The long workouts don't help ofc. I've gone to that point where I've actually made myself sick before, multiple times.

Just gotta rinse your mouth out and keep eating.

Pro tip: whatever you cannot get in through solid food, get in through liquid form.


I wish I had this problem man...I eat a double cheeseburger and gain ******* 5 lbs. Metabolism slow as **** :sick:
