Life protip: don't do heavy deads the day before your deep tissue massage appointment
Lower back and hammies destroyed. Wanted to tell the masseuse to go lighter, but didn't want to sound like a b :\

You're going to recover faster though.
I forgot my blinders that day. Usually I'm totally unaware of my surroundings and never take a minute to rest between sets.
My biggest pet peeves is looking up and seeing someone staring at me when im working out
Its a big difference between looking through something and working out..... and sitting on a bench atsring at someone
I envy you fambs if thats your biggest gym pet peeve
Not curling in the squat rack
Not the people that don't re-rack weights
Laying down in the middle of the cable crossover
Standing in front of the dumbbells to do rows or curls blocking half the dumbbells from use
Texting while taking up a bench press
Not getting off a machine in general for 40 mins
Working out with your whole crew 5+ people together
People saying no when you ask to work in
trainers allowing clients to do squats on the smith machine
the grunter
the newspaper guy
the throw the weights guy
the "im gonna give you free advice" guy
Mr Sweaty no wipe
The crossfit / circuit team that takes up the whole gym
The handsy couple
The dancer/rapper/singer
The unhelpful spotter guy who assists on every rep when told not to help unless needed
I think prob after all that im going with the person that stares at me while i work out. I might be missing some though

Lol u don't need that much rest since your numbers aren't that heavy pal.
Maybe if you focused more on yourself than criticizing dudes in your gym you'd reach your goals faster
