Started keto yesterday. I'm thinking it won't be too difficult since I'm not a carb lover.
Yesterday's nutrition.
I have a few questions for those who have completed keto successfully. I like to drink black coffee in the morning (only 1 cup). I've seem different opinions about how caffeine can throw you out of ketosis. What are your experiences? Outside of black coffee, I drink a ton of water and nothing else outside of whey post workout .
