I've benched 405x3 in the last month...I know that.

And you know what I mean...Maybe you prefer, supplement that promotes weight loss in addition to a healthy diet and exercise or metabolism support?

Anyone following a pescatarian diet lifestyle? Started my journey about 3 weeks ago & looking for some answers on fish consumption with mercury levels and such. So far, I'm gonna stick with 2 cans of tuna a week--tops. From my understanding I can eat wild sockeye salmon 3-4 days a week. Anyone educated on the subject?

Doesn't matter how much you bench. Short term benefits of fat burners (if any), don't outweigh the long term ramifications.

Take the slower more disciplined route. Cardio, HIIT, MetCons, nutrition, etc.

Sometimes.

And then I see someone 32665323x more athletic than me hit the water and I come back to earth.

I wanna try one of those ninja warrior gyms one day for fun. I'd feel so bad *** scaling a warped wall.
 
Does creatine make you sleepy? Or sleep deep?

Lately, I been sleeping wayyy more than my usual 7-8 hours.

3 consecutive days, after I been taking creatine. I sleep like 11 straight hours.

Have no idea why.

I'm sure it doesn't. A lot of my research, also says it doesn't.

Just thought i'd ask here to see if anybody know why I been sleeping so much.
 
Yea id say you are probably just tried from lifting or playing ball.

unless you are feeling sick or something, i wouldnt worry about it :lol
 
found out a few days ago im highly allegic to gluten (which alot of people are without knowing). 22 years and never knew. I only realized a few months ago how bloated my face/abs become and itchy i get from eating anything with gluten. Assumed it was just from protein powder/creatine/water/etc. doc gave me a crazy diet change to test out and see how I feel. Gonna be rough but I'll feel alot better physically and aesthetically.
