Man you gotta just step up and say I need the rack. I always ask people how much they have left, esp if they are doing something dumb. Plus my gym only has one rack. If you tell people you need to squat they usually oblige.Yeah old dude, I should have taken a pic. To top it off he was taking like 3 min breaks in between sets. Iwas too disgusted to even ask to jump in so I just moved on. The gym has a full rack of curl bars too, smh.
I know its been touched on a few times but what are you 9 to 5ers eating when you go out for lunch? Im trying to gain weight and muscle still so a Chipotle or something with "healthy" ingredients have been options. So have Philly cheezesteaks from local sub shops that arent too greasy.
Any other food or restaurant suggestions?
I feel like green onions make everything better. I cook chicken with it, put it in cottage cheese, eggs, pretty much anything.Green onions

Let me rephrase. I do not want to pack a lunch a few days a week. I would prefer a good sub or sandwich.I don't agree. You set aside 1 day a week, you can prepare all your meals for the week.

I already told some guy that we have a curl rack to do biceps. Dude had no idea what I was talking about. I had a dude stop doing curls in it one time and let me use the rack cause he saw me loading up another bar and he knew curls were against the code
Saw a guy yesterday on the leg press wearing flip flops and sunglasses, curling 20s while completing said leg press. He had a few people laughing at him.
