STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Lol, I hate when dudes ask how many sets you have left in the squat rack. You try to speed up a bit just to see em curling when you finish.

Am I actually waiting on this mother ****** to finish up his 55 lbs curls in the rack? I thought that was just an Internet meme.
:{

Yeah old dude, I should have taken a pic. To top it off he was taking like 3 min breaks in between sets. Iwas too disgusted to even ask to jump in so I just moved on. The gym has a full rack of curl bars too, smh.

Man you gotta just step up and say I need the rack. I always ask people how much they have left, esp if they are doing something dumb. Plus my gym only has one rack. If you tell people you need to squat they usually oblige.

I had a dude stop doing curls in it one time and let me use the rack cause he saw me loading up another bar and he knew curls were against the code

I know its been touched on a few times but what are you 9 to 5ers eating when you go out for lunch? Im trying to gain weight and muscle still so a Chipotle or something with "healthy" ingredients have been options. So have Philly cheezesteaks from local sub shops that arent too greasy.

Any other food or restaurant suggestions?

I normally skip lunch, not supposed to I know, but pre making your meals the night before/ or for the week helps a lot. It could be chicken breast, a turkey burger or just a simple sandwich.

^ I know. But there is 2 or 3 days a week I just cant premake. Need restaurant suggestions

I feel like green onions make everything better. I cook chicken with it, put it in cottage cheese, eggs, pretty much anything.

What's the meat on your kabob?

Chicken, onion, green pepper, and tomato

^^ then you do not really want to gain weight and see the results you're looking for.

Saw a guy yesterday on the leg press wearing flip flops and sunglasses, curling 20s while completing said leg press. He had a few people laughing at him.

Since it's been asked many times lol Turkey burger recipe:

Ground turkey
Portabella mushrooms
Green pepper
Garlic
Salt
Egg yolk
Onion (or green onion)
repped for reminding me about doing these.

I be getting madddddd when dudes be doing this. Especially on isolation movements. There is no need to rest over 2 minutes AT ALL.

I already told some guy that we have a curl rack to do biceps. Dude had no idea what I was talking about. Had to do my squats in the curl rack that day.

Unless a dude is lollygagging on his phone or something i find it rude to ask someone how much longer they have on a weight
