I only do 1 set of deadlifts...275 x 5. If you're doing multiple sets, you're not lifting heavy enough imo.

They are great after squats. They work your quads.

Meh...thats like sayin a Chiropractor told u not to do Squats because it hurts ur lower back yet its the best thing for ur lower body and a must do in weightlifting..Of course their gonna tell u that thats their job..there are risk in anything..totally agree.. leg extensions are not really that worthit in the long run... as any orthopedist... it places an unreasonable amount of stress on your knees... I barely ever do them..
